Obsessing Over Photography Equipment
When the photography bug bites you and you develop a passion for taking pictures you will find that simply having one standard camera simply isn’t enough. You will find yourself exploring the world of new lenses and different models of specific Canon SLR cameras. Photography is an art form that can beg you to try new things as far as the tools of the trade go because doing so will push your work forward in major ways.
Using specialized Nikon zoom lenses for example can change the way you shoot landscapes and can make for an interesting update of the photographic language you have at your disposal. Expanding your pallet is the best way to make better photographs. Where as an artist working in painting you may add new colors or simply a different medium in photography your brush and paint is the specialized photography equipment you are using to get the perfect photos.
People who are interested in photography often take the leap from simply snapping photos to an obsessive understanding and interest in a wide variety of photography equipment. The leap can be incredibly helpful for their art and it can also give them a sense of technical accomplishment you don’t get in many other arts.
